Working With Midlife Transits
Pluto squares, Neptune squares, Uranus and Saturn oppositions – oh my! What does it mean to face midlife in a world so vastly different from the one much of the existing astro-literature is based on? This lecture is a high velocity tour through the energetics of the outers and how they can illuminate core confrontations we (and our clients) face at the end of our 30s and into our 40s. Examples of ways to think about remediation will be included.

Death Charts: An Astrological Tool for the Bereaved
Are you interested in learning more about how grief and loss show up astrologically? Using client charts from the last ten years of research Moonrabbit will present indications of loss in the natal chart and how eclipses and transits can set off natal patterns to indicate a major loss. Each major loss carries the potential for a personal crisis along with tremendous healing potential. This lecture will study death through both lenses.
Moon Zlotnick Bio
Moon Zlotnick completed training at CCRS in Los Angeles in 1977 with Zipporah Dobyns and opened her astrological business full-time in 1980. After working full-time as a professional astrologer for ten years she created a three-year astrological training course in Minneapolis, MN, graduating approximately 100 students. Her experience with grief as a young motherless-daughter and twinless twin guided her to study grief and loss in the context of astrology. In 2019 she published her first book, Star Sisters: An Astrologer’s memoir of Twin Loss, and currently she’s close to completion of her second book Death Charts: An Astrological Tool for Counseling the Bereaved.

Secondary Progressions: The Soul’s Unfolding
The natal chart is like an illustration on a seed packet, showing the flower you could potentially become. But just as harsh weather or poor cultivation affects a garden, planetary transits track the external forces that impact your development. To reach your full potential requires that you respond to these forces with creativity and heart. Secondary progressions trace the inner journey of your soul’s unfolding toward your potential, and offer guidance for handling life’s toughest transits and life events.
This lecture offers an effective way to interpret progressed planets moving into new signs; an imaginative approach to progressions through each house; and special progressed events, such as natal aspects perfecting in the progressed chart, progressed stations, and a brief look at progressed lunar phases.
