What to Expect
Lectures will be 50 minutes.

Celeste Brooks is an OPA-Certified Astrologer, life coach, and intuitive. She offers readings, classes, workshops, and coaching, and specializes in chart rectification for unknown birth times. Celeste hosts the Celestial Insights, podcast and is known for her engaging Instagram Lives. A board member of the Organization for Professional Astrology and faculty at Kepler College, she lectures internationally and brings 25+ years of corporate leadership experience to her work.

Dabney Lawless is an evolutionary astrologer that trained with well-known author and astrologer Steven Forrest over a twenty-year period, achieving his “Master Level” apprenticeship certification. She’s currently write the Moonscopes for the Lila Astrology App founded by Steven Forrest and Ricky Williams. In the 2000’s She was the resident astrologer for Parents Magazine, Pregnancy & Newborn Magazine and Working Mother. Her astrology work has been featured on the Today Show, the Bump, Yogi Times, Pop Sugar, Bustle, People.com and on Astrology.com where She had a regular column. Her readings offer tools and inspiration using the cosmos to help clients find meaning and discover a true appreciation for the gifts that they have brought into this world.

Denise Hancock is a nurse and astrologer based in New Orleans, Louisiana. She brings a full life experience to client work, with a successful career spanning finance, healthcare, education, and management. Denise holds a Ph.D. in Nursing and B.S. degrees in Nursing and Economics. Clients love her compassionate pragmatism. She is senior editor for The Evolving Astrologer magazine and organizer of the New Orleans Astrology Meetup group.

Kay Taylor is a visionary astrologer, teacher, and author who has spent 40 years integrating evolutionary astrology with intuitive mastery, psychosynthesis, yoga philosophy, and a rich foundation of healing wisdom. She serves as President of the OPA Foundation (Organization for Professional Astrology), is president of the UAC2026 board, and is on the faculty and Board of Kepler College. A respected international lecturer, Kay trains intuitive astrologers through her Soul Path School and offers certification-level programs and mentorship. Her publications include Soul Path Way (2016), chapters in The Professional Astrologer (2015) and Essential Astrology (2025), and numerous articles. Certified by OPA, ISAR CAP, and NCGR, Kay maintains a thriving full-time consulting practice based in the San Francisco Bay Area, working with clients worldwide.

Leslie Tagorda helps seers, seekers and changemakers become the luminary leaders they were born to be. A multi-racial, Hawaii-born astrologer, designer, podcast host, author and classical musician, Leslie came to her calling when an identity crisis led her to her natal chart. There the AstroBrand® Method revealed itself, combining her 20+ years of brand development, entrepreneurship and astrology. Today she shares the AstroBrand® Method to visionaries across the globe through astrology courses, 1:1 consultations, a membership, and the AstroBrand® Certification.
Lori Barnes

Lori Barnes is a bi-continental astrologer in Rome, Italy, and Illinois, USA. She has an MA in Marketing and Communication, an MA in Psychology, and a BA in Business Management. Lori started studying modern astrology in 1994 and has incorporated traditional astrology since 2017. Lori mixes her background in psychotherapy and positive psychology with modern and traditional astrology to offer a unique mix of services that includes coaching, mentoring, and consultation. Lori is the Marketing Director for Kepler College and teaches the course ‘Marketing for Astrologers’ there. She served on the AFAN Steering Committee from 2019 to 2023 and on the OPA Board as Marketing Director, starting in January 2024.

Author of “The Complete Guide to Astrology” and “The Complete Guide to Astrology for Beginners”, Louise blends ancient wisdom with practical applications, making the stars accessible and inspiring for everyone.
Magali Morales

Magalí Morales, MSW, is a Mexican-Guatemalan evolutionary astrologer, spiritual counselor and shamanic practitioner. She offers astrological and healing services in English and Spanish, in person and in the virtual space. As a parent, writer and climate activist, Magali believes we begin to heal the world by healing ourselves, which has an impact on our families, communities and the Earth. Magali has been serving OPA since the fall of 2021, assisting with the Consulting Skills program, and taking on the role of Ethics Director at that time. In the 2022-2024 term, she steps up to Vice-President, supporting the President, leading the International Satellites, and continuing to provide direction on the Ethics Committee.
Meghna Bhagat

Meghna Bhagat is an astrologer, speaker, and lifelong seeker. Pursuing questions, she’s traversed continents, philosophies, yoga, entrepreneurism, and astrology. The heart of her work is self-acceptance, helping her clients access inner knowing and reclaim personal agency through individual and group work. Her grounded, aspirational, choice-centered perspective integrates evolutionary, horary, and experiential astrology. Her astrological lineage includes: Steven Forrest—evolutionary, School for Traditional Astrology—horary, Jason Holley—experiential, Nightlight Astrology—Hellenistic and others. She has presented talks and published articles in the US, Europe and India. She is currently exploring Jyotish, Indian astrology and experiential psychodramatic techniques.

Rachel Lang is an astrologer, teacher, and speaker who works with individuals and businesses. Her work merges spirituality, social engagement, and the arts. Rachel is the author of Modern Day Magic: 8 Simple Rules to Realize Your Power and Shape Your Life and As Above, So Below. She hosts The Rachel Lang Show, a weekly podcast, and teaches classes and workshops on topics like astrology, magic, and psychic development. As a dedicated community member and public servant, Rachel also serves on the Ojai City Council. She is a director for the National Council for Geocosmic Research (NCGR), the Economic Development Collaborative of Ventura County, and other regional agency boards. She’s a proud OPA member and a regular Evolving Astrologer contributor.
Ryan Hunt

Ryan works with clients navigating life transitions, career decisions, and timing questions through life and career coaching, astrological consultation, and his Inner-Stellar Systems framework. He also supports clients exploring psychedelic intention, integration, and timing elections. His approach is grounded in whole-sign houses for natal work and Regiomontanus for horary.
A contributing writer for The Evolving Astrologer Magazine, Ryan has taught for Synchronicity University, NCGR San Francisco, the Nightlight Astrology Speaker Series, and the Mercurial Meetup, and publishes regularly on his YouTube channel, @AstrologyByRyan. He currently serves as Technology Director for OPA and creates affirming spaces for LGBTQIA+ and polyamorous communities. His practice is informed by thirty years of Buddhist contemplative training and practice, first for several years in Theravāda and then for the past 28 years in the Vajrayāna tradition.
