Carmen Ferreira holds a Master’s degree in Psychology from Universidade Lusíada do Porto. She is a certified trainer by IEFP (Instituto de Emprego e Formação Profissional) and a Certified Hypnotherapist specializing in Hypnoanalysis, Clinical and Ericksonian Hypnosis. In addition, she is a Practitioner of Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) accredited by the American Board of NLP (ABNLP).

Since 2006, Carmen has also been dedicated to the study and practice of astrology, trained at Mar Portuguez (Oficina de Artes e Astrologia de Paulo Cardoso), and is an ISAR Certified Astrological Professional (CAP).
